I had a hip-up surgery with the chief surgeon in 2018. It was a revision surgery at the time, and I had no side effects from the previous surgery; I only had it redone because I gained weight again. As of November 2024, my weight is lower than it was at the time of surgery, but I now have 4-5 folds under my butt. I'm going around getting consultations for liposuction/grafting and a butt lift. They suctioned so much that only skin was left in the folds under my butt, and the inner thighs are wrinkled too. I don't know how it is now, but I do not recommend it.
