I had bulbous nose surgery here 6 years ago. Before the surgery, they told me that because my nose was soft, my septum was probably weak too, so we should use ear cartilage. I agreed. I had the surgery under local anesthesia, and for more than 2 hours I could feel the skin of my nose being pulled up, lol.. but I think that’s actually a plus, because it completely prevented any substitute surgery. Anyway, they did it, but now the tip of my nose has dropped so it looks like an arrow nose, and at another hospital I was told that they seem to have used septum cartilage too...^^ My nasal support has warped.
