The manager gave off a really friendly older-sister vibe, which I liked a lot The doctor was also a bit stern, but that actually made him feel more trustworthy. But he brought up alar reduction, which no other hospital had mentioned, so that felt a bit off.. I had asked whether it could be done without silicone, and the manager said it would be fully possible, but the doctor said that if I want to raise the bridge, silicone is absolutely necessary, so their opinions were slightly different.
