The consultation manager felt very friendly and kind, but there was some excessive TMI. The chief director didn't really try to listen to what the customer wanted, and gave off the feeling of, yeah, no, I don't know, just do what I say. I was quite unhappy with that. The consultation with the director took less than 5 minutes. I went in expecting a lot after hearing from people around me that the doctor had crazy confidence, but his style was too different from mine, so I backed out right away.
