I made a reservation and went, but the doctor was in surgery so I had to wait a long time. I went in for a nose consultation only, but the consultation manager suddenly started judging my face, saying things like my nose is long and my mouth is small and criticizing me. They should know that tone and nuance matter. By contrast, the doctor was kind, calm, and good.
