The director consulted very thoroughly and spoke realistically. They gave me several methods and left the choice to me. The manager wasn’t great; their expression and tone were both off. It felt like they looked down on the patient. The overall line feels a bit old-fashioned, like the bridge of the nose is made extremely high.
