The doctor was incredibly kind and explained everything in detail, which I liked. They understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and explained the surgical details accordingly. They have a good sense of picking out easy, precise points so that I could vividly imagine the surgery simulation in detail. The consultation manager was also approachable and kind. There was no pressure to book, but if you booked on the same day, it looks like they don't charge the 10,000-won consultation fee. The place isn't a large hospital, so it's small inside and not very modern. Other than not being modern, I was satisfied with everything else, so I booked the surgery right away.
