I had an appointment later, so I got annoyed because the waiting time was a bit long! But the director had a long consultation with me and answered all my questions in detail, so it was fine. The manager also explained things very kindly, which I liked. However, if you don't do the review event, the price is pretty steep, so that part was a bit disappointing.
