The counselor and desk staff were all so kind. The hospital facilities were also extremely clean. After consulting with the counselor, I had a consultation with the director. The counselor did not push surgery at all and took in the parts I wanted very well. What I liked most was that Director Lee Joo-hong was so kind, and the moment he saw me, he gave me a surgery estimate that seemed necessary first, listened well to the parts I wanted, and explained the reasons very well too.
