I asked about under-eye fat repositioning, but they said that because of my eye structure and skin condition, it would not come out the way I wanted, so I just had a consultation and left. If you go through a personal recommendation, the actual estimate gets heavily discounted. For buried sutures, it seems they do 3-point? For repositioning, they said they use dissolvable thread, so it will dissolve and disappear within 2 weeks. There is an additional 50,000 won for sedation anesthesia.
