I’m not sure if I got the name right, but it was a doctor whose surname started with Park! The doctor was kind, explained things well, and I was very satisfied with the surgery! But the woman at the front desk, who looked like she’d had a lot of cosmetic work, was rude, curt, and had zero manners.
