The establishment date is listed as 2018, but in the summer of 2015 I got arm liposuction from a doctor who is no longer here. I had thigh, abdomen, and arm liposuction done at different hospitals by different doctors, and my satisfaction ranks as thighs (especially the inner knees and riding-saddle area) > abdomen > arms. The arms showed almost no effect.
