It was structured in a reasonably systematic way with things like ultrasound, but the consultation manager was extremely rude and the care was poor. There was also a bit of pressure, so I even asked to change managers, but they said I couldn't switch once I'd already had a consultation with that manager. I had surgery after seeing the doctor. My expectations for the surgery were just average.. The wound opened up, so I had surgery separately at a place that does scar revision surgery
