Went in without choosing a director. I was the 4th person among the doctor photos they had hanging up. They measured my InBody and looked at an ultrasound of my upper arm before the consultation. It was the same thing over and over, but they said if I want bony upper arms, I need to reduce muscle. I think of muscle as health, so I was like, huh? As I kept listening, they meant that reducing muscle = losing weight. They can remove fat, but if I want bony upper arms, I need to lose weight (body fat and muscle). Honestly, after the InBody scan I was 5 kg heavier, so I was a bit shocked. It made sense why I suddenly wanted arm liposuction even though I'd never really thought about it before (my arms weren't thin, but still). Thanks to that, I no longer want surgery. I'll work hard on dieting.
