The chief consultant talks fast and, like in the review below, there was pressure to book an appointment. I consulted with Director ㅂㅎㅅ; he was kind, but since if you gain weight your muscles also get bigger, he said you need to follow a diet as well if your goal is skinny arms, and that you shouldn’t work out because your muscles will grow if you exercise. That was basically the main consultation content.
