I think they should change the staff and the consultation manager. The front desk staff don't really greet people. The consulting manager, that sharp-tongued one, strongly pushes surgery... I looked around seven other places, and this was the first place I'd ever seen like this. The tone was almost accusatory, and there was also some bashing of other hospitals. The attitude was basically, 'You'll come here anyway, right?' The director explained things the best out of all the places I've been to so far Even though I was a bit put off by the manager, I did consider going because I trusted the director. But I left without paying a deposit because of the elbow incision
