There doesn't seem to be a separate desk coordinator. It seems like the consultation coordinator also works as the operating-room nurse and the manager. She was at the desk wearing scrubs, and from the moment I walked in it wasn't a bright, welcoming atmosphere, but rather honestly a bit gloomy and scary.. After the director's consultation, I got an estimate from the coordinator and left after paying a 10,000 won consultation fee. The surgery price is high because it's charged by area. There was no hard selling, and it wasn't anywhere near as unfriendly as the reviews made it sound. "Blunt" is a better description. Both the coordinator and the doctor had a sort of take-it-or-leave-it attitude, and the overall hospital atmosphere and style felt outdated, so maybe I'm biased, but I didn't go here because I was afraid I'd end up with an antique-looking face. The skills seem good.
