It's far from the station and the hospital interior looks very old. Even when I heard the consultation manager answering the phone nearby, it didn't sound very friendly. The doctor just showed before-and-after photos and gave only short answers to questions. It's the kind of style that makes it hard to ask questions. Even the staff seemed to accept that. So I ended up talking more about medical details with the consultation manager, but they didn't seem to have enough expertise.
