I had a nose-sculpting injection combined with nasal ala Botox. I was stressed because my nose felt slightly bulbous and my nostrils flared when I smiled, so I looked into it and proceeded after hearing that doing them together had good synergy. The nasal ala Botox stung and felt numb enough to make my eyes briefly well up, while the nose-sculpting injection only felt achy. Right after the injections, my nose looked slightly swollen because of the solution volume, but after a few hours, as the medication was absorbed, the added volume quickly subsided. Around days 3–4, my nostrils did not flare as much when I smiled, and I could feel them tightening firmly. After 1–2 weeks, I could see that the nasal tip line and the flesh beside the nose had been slightly refined, so my nose no longer looked blunt overall and looked neat.
