At first, I paid for one session of imported Botox and three sessions of contouring injections. I was concerned about having a slightly bulbous nose. During the first two sessions, they did not only treat the specific area I wanted; they adjusted the overall proportions and symmetry. In the third session, they focused only on the area I was concerned about. I did not notice a major change in sessions one and two, but when they focused on the nasal tip in the third session, I think I started to see some effect, so I have had two additional sessions. I can definitely feel the effect now. I plan to go about two or three more times. The first and second sessions hurt enough to bring tears to my eyes, and Botox in the nasal alae is really, really painful. But when focusing on the nasal tip, it is tolerable.
