You can feel how busy it is from the moment you enter the clinic. The overall atmosphere was really chaotic, and the front desk was unfriendly. I consider things like that important, so my first impression was not good.. The director was extremely kind, and even though I asked a great many questions, he answered everything carefully and gently without showing any annoyance. Every time I asked something, he designed it in detail by drawing on the photos, and even though I kept explaining my preferences, it was well reflected in the shape I wanted.
