They were not rude, but I slightly felt that it was too formal and cursory? (Personal opinion.) I liked the consultation with the director. Looking at my nasal CT images, the director told me about my nose condition and proportions, and also how high the bridge should be raised for it to look good! Also, both the coordinator and director seemed to prefer donated costal cartilage? (Both recommended donated costal cartilage.)
