I am visiting several clinics for a revision rhinoplasty consultation, and at [Clinic A], they asked in considerable detail why I had started considering revision and discussed which parts of my previous surgery had disappointed me, so the consultation itself felt different. I said my biggest concerns were that the tip still looked slightly bulbous despite having rhinoplasty and that my nose looked wider when I smiled. They focused on those points and explained how they could be changed.
