I had a bulbous nose, and even after my first nose surgery, the side profile still looked blunt, so I consulted for revision surgery. I chose this clinic because I trusted it the most. I had two consultations with the director. During the first, he explained the shape that could be achieved as much as possible and what materials should be used, but it was not very long—about five minutes, I think. After deliberating for a while, I went back for another consultation, and he explained things in more detail that time, which I appreciated. I trusted him and proceeded with surgery. I am not completely satisfied with the shape, but the side profile improved a lot, and my uneven nostrils became more symmetrical to some extent, which was good. I knew complete improvement would be difficult because of my skin characteristics, so I am fairly satisfied. If I had to name a drawback, it was the most expensive of the places I consulted, and they strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage. I dislike scars on my body, and I already have many scars that cause me a lot of stress, so I chose donated rib cartilage instead. I am satisfied with that choice..! I recommend going for a consultation.
