The director only talked about what was possible, and has a meticulous style. It seems he trusts no one but himself when it comes to surgery. He looked very confident. I trusted the director more than the consultation manager. There are also paid doctors, but they said only the head director performs nose surgery, and he seems extremely meticulous.
