So I told them I wanted it done naturally, without looking obvious, just 0.something mm, and that I wouldn’t complain about anything. Other plastic surgery clinics seemed reluctant, saying if it was too unnoticeable, I might complain later. Then I ended up at Lara Plastic Surgery, where they confidently said they’d do just a little, and for the first time, that put an end to five years of going around for consultations. I decided to trust them and go ahead, and the result was good too. But I wish I had reduced it more, human greed is real. Then Dr. Kim Jong-do said he would do it, but when I went to get the stitches removed, the associate director removed them and said, “The surgery went well, right? I made the alar base a little ruined the way you wanted,” and I was like, huh? Did the consultation get done by the chief and the surgery by the associate director...? When the design was being decided, I could see the chief surgeon’s face, and before anesthesia I was sure it was the chief, but anyway, I’m satisfied with the result.
