The in-person consultation was after taking a CT scan of my nose. I brought reference materials for the design I wanted, and the director used them as a reference to tell me which surgeries were necessary. At first, one surgery was suggested, but after looking at the design materials I wanted, he said that with that kind of design, I wouldn't need that surgery. I felt they were willing to match the patient's wishes and weren't recklessly pushing surgery, so I felt I could trust them.
