The facilities didn’t feel new, but they looked fairly clean. The consultation with the manager itself was not bad, but her expression and tone of voice felt a bit... like she might have been angry about something, and she came across as rather blunt. The director was very kind. The diagnosis was made relatively simply, but I liked that they took all the questions I had prepared without any burden and let me ask freely.
