It took about 90 minutes from meeting the manager in charge to going in to see the director. I went in with high expectations after reading reviews saying they were kind and never did overtreatment, but I was a bit disappointed. They adjusted the line twice? and when I brought up canthoplasty, they said the outer corner couldn't be done and, when I asked about other canthoplasty options, suggested that I should just do epicanthoplasty instead. The consultation with the director felt like less than 5 minutes But the manager in charge was ve~~~~ry kind.
