Eyes: Wonder canthoplasty, non-incisional eye correction Nose: deviated septum, bulbous nose, nasal tip (septal cartilage, ear cartilage), nasal bridge (silicone) First, during the consultation, the manager was kind. But it was very obvious that they wanted me to decide on surgery quickly, though there was no aggressive pushing or anything like that. The director was blunt, but not in an unfriendly way. He really only said exactly what needed to be said. He answered only exactly what I asked. He didn't really explain things first or anything like that. He measured my eye length and size, told me how many mm I currently had, and how far it would be extended if I did canthoplasty. When setting the eye-correction shape (I already had a double eyelid), I said I wanted a thicker, more glamorous line than my original line. Then he said that after surgery it would end up thicker than I expected, so he set it thinner than I wanted, which was a little disappointing, but it looks natural and is fine. For my nose, I consulted about rhinitis (the director is not an ENT specialist) + the nasal tip. He said it would be better to raise the nasal tip while also adding support to the bridge (because my bridge is so low), so I agreed. First the eye surgery was done under local anesthesia, then the nose surgery under sedation. All the staff were very kind, and they handled injections and stitch removal with almost no pain. After surgery, the Wonder canthoplasty was actually more satisfying than I expected. The canthoplasty cost is on the higher side compared to other hospitals, but the eyes became vertically longer and the outer corners lowered a little, so I'm satisfied. My nose was originally a slightly bulbous, low, small nose, but overall it became naturally thinner and higher. It feels like a nose edited in a beauty app? My rhinitis also improved. This needs longer-term observation, but the blocked nose caused by a deviated septum has improved, so I'm satisfied for now. I was going to have the rhinitis surgery anyway along with the nose surgery, so I'm satisfied, but it would still have been better if there had been a specialist.
