I used autologous costal cartilage. It came out glamorous, but there was sagging, so I'm now consulting at other hospitals, and everyone says "the silicone has rotated sideways?" They said it seems like the autologous costal cartilage was cut and inserted so small that it can't be reused... What a waste of my autologous costal cartilage ㅠㅜㅜㅜ
