I felt that the manager who handled the consultation was unfriendly The director explained things calmly and well when I asked, but they weren't the warm(?) type. An older sister I know had Wonder Canthoplasty here and it turned out well. But while looking for reviews, I also found a lot of posts saying there was no difference before and after, so I'm thinking about it..
