They made the shape to some extent with Photoshop, so it was helpful as a reference. The manager was kind too, but she looked very overwhelmed. The director was a bit taciturn, so I recommend writing down the things you want to ask before the consultation and asking everything ! They said autologous costal cartilage leaves a scar, so I'm still deliberating about the surgery ..
