The director is extremely stubborn. I had revision surgery on my nose, and it turned out too sharp and witch-like, with the area from the glabella upward too high, so I had corrective surgery. But when I had the corrective surgery, the requests I made seemed different from his own aesthetic standards, and he suddenly got angry and raised his voice during the pre-op consultation, which made me extremely anxious. The result of the corrective surgery is still unsatisfactory, and I'm looking into removal surgery. And like other people's reviews said, the consultation manager and staff change very often, and I never even get to see the director during treatment. The only saving grace is that the nurses who treated me were kind, so I'll give it three stars. The rest isn't even worth one star.
