I had nose surgery. I had a bulbous nose, and they suggested a lot of things like osteotomy and alar reduction, so I had it done because it seemed like it would make my nose look the most refined. It has been a little over a week since surgery, and I am very satisfied with the shape!! I was worried because there were so many people even when I went for post-op swelling care, but they took good care of me. It's still too early after surgery to judge the shape, but at this point it really seems to have turned out well!
