My nose surgery was a total disaster. Everyone keeps asking why I did it here, and they made me into a Pinocchio, then act like it's none of their business and keep saying it turned out well, which just makes me more irritated. The patient is already so depressed they've even developed depression, and it's my fault for being fooled by the manager's kind consultation, I guess...
