The director and the manager are both the kindest. So I decided to have my first surgery here. But I didn't want a high silicone implant, yet they put in a very thick one as they pleased, so everyone who sees it calls my nose a "nose bun" Because I had a bulbous nose, I asked them to make it slim, but my nose got even bigger and I miss my original nose. I regret so much that I used autologous costal cartilage from the very first surgery for this.. Only the bridge got incredibly high, and I could breathe through my nose just fine before, but now it's hard to breathe. I got depressed because I can't even breathe properly.. The hospital facilities are good and everyone was kind, so I trusted them and went ahead, but now I cry every day and just wait for the day of my revision surgery.
