It's been a while since I had the consultation, so I'm leaving my review late! They explain the shape by considering things like the nose shape and skin thickness, and they also explain the surgery method. They do virtual plastic surgery with Photoshop, and while they pursue a natural-looking shape, it seems like they also pay attention to the tip of the nose.~
