I had a revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. Maybe because I expected so much, or because the design itself was so different from what I expected that I was disappointed. The bridge is too high and the starting point is too high too. And my nose drops down in a very straight line. I'm looking into another revision surgery. I'm so upset......
