I had nose surgery 3 months ago. Since it was my first surgery, they said the support would be weak. They recommended autologous costal cartilage, but I thought it would hurt and wanted something as natural as possible, so I asked them to use as much ear cartilage as possible, right up until I lay down on the operating table... They took costal cartilage instead, put AlloDerm on the bridge, and now it's crooked, with uneven nostrils. I never even brought up a straight bridge, but they made it a straight bridge on their own. But it ended up as almost a semi-upturned nose? The tip looks like the columella was cut off. I want to die. Now that the doctor says they will improve it again, I'm terrified of lying down on the table again. I'm really furious.
