I went to see the director for my second nose revision surgery. I found him while looking into contouring, but in reality they said he was good at noses, so I focused on nose consultation. He looks younger than on screen and is calm. He's very clear about what can and can't be done, but he doesn't say things like "I'll do my best." He talks well about the results, but he says not a single word about side effects. It seems like he does flashy work and only uses autologous costal cartilage.
