The surgeon and the consultation coordinator were both so, so kind, and everything was really great. They also talked through all sorts of things and explained the parts I was worried about well, which made me trust them. I was scared after hearing that they make good use of autologous costal cartilage, but after hearing that it doesn’t hurt at all, I’m going to try trusting them.
