When I first went for a consultation, there was a lot I did not know about double-eyelid surgery, but they explained it kindly, which was good. After waiting a little, I consulted first with the consultation manager, then the surgeon, then the manager again. Even though I asked many questions, they answered them all kindly, which was good. There were a moderate number of people there, and the interior was neat and comfortable. I had originally only considered double-eyelid surgery, but after looking at my eyes, they suggested also having ptosis correction
