I highly recommend it if you seek a natural look. This was a revision rhinoplasty replacing silicone with MegaDerm and lowering the existing nasal tip, and I liked that only the existing materials were used without new cartilage. I am not prone to swelling, and my satisfaction with the rhinoplasty is high. Due to MegaDerm's characteristics, the swelling subsided and it was gradually absorbed, making it lower, so at three months I am a little worried that it may become much lower by around one year. I am not considering reinforcement yet.
