The consultant was kind, but the wait was long—over 30 minutes. They recommended the style I wanted and were very responsive. I think I will only know the result once I see it. They said it could be done with a closed approach and that ear cartilage could be harvested from the front, which worries me more than I expected. However, they recommended no implant and explained that only the parts I want can be improved, so it seems fine if you want a natural-looking nose. But in this community, many people seem to have had a more defined, glamorous result, so it does not seem to match the surgeon's approach. I guess I will only know what is real after surgery.
