I actually liked that they weren’t overly nice. A lot of reviews said they were cold, but personally I didn’t really get that feeling. They were calm and thorough in the consultation, which made me trust them more. The manager just listened to what surgery I wanted and wrote it down, and that was it. Then I was sent straight to the director, who listened to how I wanted the surgery done, heard the director’s opinion on that, and explained everything one by one, including the surgical method and why it would be done that way.
