The manager ladies were not kind at all and didn't seem to have any warmth. The doctor also looked like explaining things was a hassle. When I asked again because I didn't understand the explanation of the eye correction procedure, they got annoyed and said, why does the patient need to know that anyway? They charge a separate consultation fee too... The reviews are good, so the results may be okay, but I don't like the attitude, so it's uncomfortable to go.
