Like I read in several posts, I did feel that the director was a bit blunt. But from what I heard them say, they seemed to know a lot and had strong expertise. Still, it didn't feel like my opinion was being reflected well, so the atmosphere of the consultation wasn't entirely comfortable. The consultation manager was really, really kind. I don't really know about the front desk staff. But I went with an appointment and the wait was extremely long
