It was nice that they had a monitoring system so the guardian could watch during surgery. However, when I had the consultation, there was a consultation fee, apparently because of the X-ray, and other hospitals didn't charge that. When filling out my chart before the consultation, I also felt they were unusually sensitive and asking questions like how they knew I had come there in the first place... like the field for the cafe name, blog name, etc. The consultation itself and the kindness were just so-so. The price was also a bit above average.
