I went to get a consultation for nose surgery, and first I talked with the consultation manager, then with the director. The consultation manager seemed to know less than I did, and the director seemed very busy, like he had come to the consultation straight from surgery. He asked what style I wanted, then briefly and quickly said he would raise it by a few millimeters, lift the tip like this, and raise the bridge like that, and left right away. Personally, it was not a satisfying consultation.
